The property will be equipped with fresh bed linen and
towels, which will be changed weekly.

Guests to provide own beach towels.

Guests are asked to take notice of the guidelines provided
in the apartment.

A deposit of 20% of the total rental is payable on booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure when the keys and
directions will be sent to you.

A security deposit of £100 will be required with the
balance. This is to cover any damage to furniture, walls, kitchen
equipment etc. requiring extra cleaning, repair or replacement. The
security deposit will be refunded on return of the apartment keys.

Cancellation of the booking by the client must be in writing
and is subject to the following cancellation charges:
More than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date the
20% deposit.
2-6 weeks prior to arrival date 75% of total
rental.
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date 100% of
total rental.
It is recommended that you arrange full travel
insurance cover as soon as your booking is confirmed as protection
against cancellation charges. A full refund will be issued if a
replacement booking can be found.

Neither the owners nor their representatives will accept
responsibility for any accident, injury, illness or damage to any
person or their property during the rental period; regardless of
howsoever it may have occurred.

Letting periods are normally Saturday 1600 hours to Saturday
1000 hours. However out of season there may be some flexibility on
letting days, duration and entry times.
